First computer: Apple Mac Performa 6300CD. At the time, it was hot s**t. I still have it.

Favorite piece of technology: That's a hard one. Either my Moog Memorymoog synth or my Oberheim OB8 synth. Both are breathtaking.

Favorite author and book: Jack Womack and "Random Acts of Senseless Violence"

Favorite movie or TV show: I don't watch much TV, but it's a toss-up between "The Simpsons" and "Strangers With Candy," which was cancelled. "Touch of Evil" and "The Ice Storm" are my favorite movies.

Favorite quote: Everything in moderation, including moderation.
