The Dish: Broken Gigahertz

All week we've been featuring the Ultimate Gaming Machine 3.0. Everything was going smoothly, until last night.

On Thursday, we talked about the cooling components of UGM 3.0. After the show, Patrick was putting the cooling device on the AMD T-Bird processor.

Unfortunately, there was a little incident. Patrick chipped a piece off the corner of the processor. In a matter of seconds, the AMD T-Bird became an expensive paperweight.

A true enterprising TV person, Patrick wants to make the broken processor the focus of a segment and talk about the mishaps you can encounter when putting together your own PC.

We're getting a replacement processor, and Patrick promises to be more careful. He can't help it. He has those powerful hands, you know.
